I think it's only apt that Bologna has a food post, so it's like the eating capital of Italy. And most people who know Italian foods would be familiar with the cuisine from Bologna. Unfortunately, no eating pictures of foods I ate coz I was always busy eating and only remembering at the end when the food was gone. I actually think that was the first I ate fresh pasta and had food cooked to order.... I've been spoiled forever... Italian food overseas will never taste the same again..
